What we collect
When you send a quote request or email us, we keep the details you give: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, product information and any files you attach. Our server also records your IP address with each request to help us block spam.
If you use the chat on our site, we keep the questions you type, without your name or contact details, for up to 90 days so we can improve the answers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes and, if you become a client, to carry out type approval applications on your behalf. Technical documents are shared with the Nepal Telecommunications Authority only as part of an application you have asked us to make.
We don’t sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the related approvals are valid, and afterwards for as long as Nepali law requires.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as a session cookie that protects the quote form. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
